Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution- Annex located in Milton, Florida.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Will work with the Medical Providers working up and prepping the providers patients 
• Works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals.
• Assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• One (1) year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency, or correctional environment preferred 
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts; rotating schedule to include weekends
