Travel RNs assigned to Idaho earn up to $2560/week including non-taxed weekly stipend

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Idaho Department of Corrections.  We are currently seeking a Full-time Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Idaho Max Security Institution located in Kuna, ID.  Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Compact or Idaho RN license or the ability to obtain a license 
• At least two (2) years of RN experience
• Must live 50 miles or more from facility
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Idaho as needed per contract needs
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
