Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia.

Pay Rate:  $55.00/hr

The RN Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Corrections experience preferred

• Wound Care experience and current Wound Care Certification preferred

• Managing complex patient care (ie IV, PICC, TLC, Trach, Feeding tube) experience preferred

• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening

• Must have current AHA Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Nights 7pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends
