Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Moberly Correctional Center located in Moberly, Missouri.

The Mental Health RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Mental Health Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient. Mental Health nurses may also participate in and lead group classes for incarcerated patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Specialty training in psychiatric nursing required
• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Associates Degree required
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Monday-Friday, Days, 7:00am-3:30pm
