Part-time Annual Salary: $32,000.00 to $42,000 Depending on License and Experience
Centurion Forensic Health Services (FHS) is currently seeking a part-time Mental Health Court Clinician (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) to join the Trial Courts Specialty Court Program in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Schedule: 20 Hours Per Week, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm working 2 and 1/2 days per week; flexible with schedule
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Clinical screening of all Mental Health Court referrals using evidence based substance abuse assessment tools;
- Motivational interviewing and client centered treatment planning;
- Outreach and Referrals to treatment programs;
- Case management and regular contact with participants using evidence based approaches to support recovery and reduce recidivism in partnership with probation (who supervise court-ordered conditions) and other criminal justice personnel;
- Work collaboratively with community providers to obtain weekly reports of participant’s status;
- Provide weekly testimony to the court on participants’ status;
- Data collection and maintenance of Mental Health Court files;
- Organization of participant’s graduation, drug court meetings, and community presentations as requested.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current and active license in the state of Massachusetts: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC (other credentials may be considered)
- Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish, Portuguese and Russian are a plus. We offer incentives for multilingual candidates.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and writing skills
- Have experience working with individuals with mental health disorders and co-occurring disorders
- Be able to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team
- Be willing to travel within the State
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
