Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. 

We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Calhoun Correctional Institution located in Blountstown, Florida.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Evenings, Nights and Weekends. 8-hour shifts.
