Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Columbia Correctional Institution located in Lake City, FL. 

Pay Rate: $30/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

12 hour shifts, flexible PRN
