Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction. 

We are currently seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift Starts at 6:00 pm, scheduled for 16 hours a week
