Description
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lansing Correctional Facility located just outside of Kansas City in Lansing, Kansas.
The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Experience in a hospital setting or med/surg setting preferred
- Active Kansas license
- DEA
Monday through Friday, daytime shifts. 7:00am-3:30pm. No required call.
