Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full- time Litigation Paralegal to join our Corporate Leal team located in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Litigation Paralegal (Corporate) provides direct oversight of pro se inmate litigation, supports the Associate General Counsel over professional liability claims on represented inmate litigation, and oversees the general coordination of defense activities with outside defense counsel and insurance adjusters.

•    Maintaining the department’s document management database for assigned cases and programs
•    Acting as a liaison on assigned company client programs
•    Working with operators to answer inquiries
•    Routing client contracts and amendments
•    Providing information on pending matters
•    Drafting open records act requests
•    Reviewing requests for proposals
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required 
•    Paralegal certificate required 
•    Minimum five (5) years of prior experience as a litigation paralegal required
