Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution located in Milton, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Experience working in mental health preferred 
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Nights, 7PM-7:30AM; rotating weekends
